London Based, Open for commissions
My photographic journey began in 2017, sparked by a friend who handed me a small camera. Since then, photography has become my passion, taking me from Lanzarote in the Canary Islands to Douala, Cameroon. There, I proudly collaborate with the Thérèse Dipoumbi Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to providing brighter futures for children in Cameroon.
In 2020, I co-founded Megazine, an art publication that celebrates up-and-coming London-based artists by giving them a platform for uninhibited self-expression. I also serve as the creative director of WappArt, an artist-run nonprofit fostering interest in music and visual arts through collaborative creative spaces.
For me, photography has always been a source of therapy and empowerment—both for myself and for others. Whether raising funds for charities or capturing images that instill confidence in my subjects, my work is rooted in connection and purpose.
Let’s create something together—an image that reveals who you truly are, or perhaps who you aspire to be. Reach out to me directly at mattomariotti@gmail.com for inquiries or collaborations.
